The staff - very-very nice and outstandingly accommodating. Favourable and magnificent setting, very close to the downtown area, eateries, grocery/food marts, BART, and buses and the services provided. Plus, really close to Great American Music Hall.  

Favourable and decent location, we were adjacent to many venues in the city, yummy eateries and bakeries and the services provided.

Would come here again, when I stay in San Francisco. It offers spotlessly clean and cozy rooms with bathroom and a queen bed and couches. The staff is knowledgeable and accommodates all of guests' needs. The location is excellent in a decent 

The hotel had a central location in the heart of downtown with access to everything. It was also near Civic center, the downtown area of ​​SF, and yummy eateries.

Everyone was very, very nice and outstandingly accommodating. The location was particularly good, you can visit Great American Music Hall by walking. Plus, it was right by bakeries, main bus lines, and the neighborhood restaurants.
